Ms. Ha immigrated to the United States when she was 11 months old and spent the majority of her upbringing in Utah. Prior to practicing law, she worked for five years as the lead policy analyst with the Utah Medical Education Council, and was the former city prosecutor for a municipality in Salt Lake County.

Ms. Ha is fluent in the Vietnamese language and has played an integral role in various community organizations throughout the country. She has served as a board member of the Vietnamese Community of Utah (VCU), head of the Miss Vietnamese Utah Pageant, Emcee of the Annual Lunar New Year Celebration for various organizations, and television host for the Dorchester House “Healthy Times” series in Boston, Massachusetts.

    Làm ơn tư vấn dùm em trường hợp của ox em, ox em là thường trú nhân ở Mỹ 37 năm, năm 2008 anh ly dị vợ và bị tội đánh vợ, cấm không được gặp vợ con, 2010 anh nhớ con đến trường thăm con bị bắt và phạt 1 năm tù treo, 2012 anh đến nhà hàng ăn vô tình gặp vợ lại bị bắt phạt 1 năm tù treo nữa, nay anh muốn thi quốc tịch có được không ạh? Nếu được anh có cần làm thêm thủ tục gì khác với người bình thường không? Và nếu không được thì bao lâu anh được thi? Em xin cảm ơn và rất mong sớm nhận được phúc đáp của chị ? Kính mến!
